[solved] Stuck at "Loading the map" after upgrade

I've tried to upgrade Geommunity3 from version 1.4.3 to 1.4.10 but can not get it to work.

Upgrading using Joomla's update tool does not work

When I download version 1.4.10 from your website and upload it, I get
Installation of the component was successful.
Installing/updating module was also successfull.
Installing/updating Geommunity Locator (profile plugin) was also successfull.

However, on the website the mad is stuck at "Loading map"

When I go back to the previous version using akeeba-backup everything is working again...
Can you please help?

Hello

For the Joomla update to work you must fill in your order number in the component options.
AND fill in your domain names in your customer account at Nordmograph.com

For the map not loading , provide the exact url of the map so I can see the rroer message in the browser console and find the eror in the page source.

If you enable html5 Geolocation your site must use SSL (https).
(Recent Google Maps API requirement)
If you don't make sure you disable the feature from the module settings.

The problem was that the component didn't have an API-key.
I guess it was working without one in the older version.
Working fine now :)

Ah good you found out.
Yes, an API key was required since june 22nd for new domains. 'Old' domains had more time to get one.
Nice it's working now.
