EASYSOCIAL Profile App plugin doesn't install was created by gerry@robbcom.com

While installing VMVendor it is recommended to install "the latest EASYSOCIAL Profile App plugin for VMVENDOR" . The plugin downloads from the link provided but while trying to install I get the message "Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.

Unable to find install package".

I am using ES 2.0.19 and Joomla 3.7.2. Is the app/plugin compatible with my setup? If so, do you mean I have to install it manually via ftp? If so, where does it go exactly?
