Renew via joomla dashboard doesn’t work was created by mcent

Hi, I got a mail that my subscription ended. I like to renew but the renew button from my joomla dashboard doesn’t work. How do I renew my subscription?

You need to repurchase the extension on this site and fill in you new order number in the component settings.
