[solved] When Map is maximised it covers toolbar

Hi,
We have active: Community Toolbar for Socialize Template
I've tried the Geommunity map module in a few different module positions and get the same results.
when maximising the map it covers part of the menu at the top and also seems to loose the top part of the map with the search boxes 'teleportation' and 'marker search' because the Toolbar does not disappear with the menu.
If I disable the toolbar it works correctly.
Do you know how I might fix this ?

This is all about
z-index value of the 2 elements

The nav bar has 1030
and Geommunity gets 100 when maximized

Edit: modules/mod_geommunity3js/css/style.css on line 123 and change the z-index value from 100 to 1031
