Yes it is

It can center on visitor location using html5 browser geolocation

Or if uses is loggedin, it can center on users stored coordinates.

It can also center the map on a default location.

Are you talking about Geommunity or Geommunity3
These are different products.
Make sure you post in the correct forum section.

Anyway no edition is required these are basic settings.
