Custom Markers, Groups Filter and Info Window

I solved with the Avatar Custom Markers, and that's fine for me. Now I changed the avatar with a bigger one (80x80 pixels PNG), and I can't see it on the map anymore. Why?

No. The avatar is taken from the image gallery.
I also tried another avatar from the gallery, and can't see it as well
