No do not disable it.

The website is currently local to the PC, I may build currently on WAMP

maybe the error is in the profile type of Easy Social. I have it set to registered users. or is a guest standart for Auto Friends?

No , this makes no difference. I'm currently testing it succesfully on WAMP too.

I have loaded easy social newest version, Joomla 3 latest version and website on webserver.
The problem is still there.
