I visited, your website and did some unsuccessfull tests.
I don't have your credentials anymore. What is your php version?

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

okay. It already works but the user synchronization alert does not disappear, I have kunena installed and I installed the plug but it does not work, maybe it is some configuration that I cannot understand is there any documentation about it? and thank you very much for your diligent support
