I have created a rule for when a user adds a new page,

Name: Page Award
Desc: Added your first page
Categories: Add to root
Type: Medal
Points: 0.00
Attch to a rule: Add New Page
Icon: done
Image done

This related to when a user creats a page in Jomsocial, but it does not seem to be working.
