Help! User level rule of AUP don't run correctly when point changed

I set change user level rule of Altauserpoint as follows: LEVEL1 = 300 points, LEVEL2=500points, LEVEL3=1000points. When I give a new user 300 points, the user level turn to LEVEL1 correctly,
after that i deduct 200points (then points of user = 100 points), user level turned to LEVE2 instead of Level 1 as it should be. (It seem that change user level rule of Altauserpoints is not aware of deduct and plus)

Another example: When my user have 1000 points and reach LEVEL3, i give him 300 points (or deduct 300 points) then user level turned to parent of LEVEL3 instead of LEVEL3

I need to fix it. can someone help me?
