I've posted a request for help here

I see a lot of posts where nobody answers.

Well, sorry I'm not the support, I'm just another disappointed user.

I bought an AUP component but never got support for it. Even a financial request for an enlargement of one of those components was ignored.

I hope it wasnt a mistake to count on this component...
