The names of the fields in the first tab are not displayed

Update the plugin. It partially does not work. The names of the fields in the first tab are not displayed, as shown in the attached pictures of the plugin. Look at your demo (everything can be seen there).

Sorry for the late reply. It appears the recent CB version breaks these field labels. I'll investigate deeper on why these are now ignored and provide a fix asap.
