Disable "A new Product has been added" Email was created by Mx150

Hello together,

does anyone know how to stop the Email when a product has been added?
This Mail keeps spaming me all day :-D

Hope anybody can help.

Hi there,

any News to just disable the new Product E-mail?
This should be possible easy... if i only knew where the code is hidding.

Hi,
You can disable this from the component settings, promotion tab.

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Hallo adrien,

I set everything to no ... nur Mail is still comming. Can you Tell me how to just delete this function? Wehre is the Code für this so i just can delete thats.

I don't recommend it.
it's in the controllers/addproduct.php line 900-902

The condition to send an email notification is:
- email recipient is set
- email notification on addition is enabled,
or if auto publish is disabled (you must receive an email to moderate)
