[fixed] Country not saving in Add Shipment form

Hi Adrien,

hope you are doing well.

i found a big bug in Add Shipment form.
It works great with all fields but not with country field.

It does not save the country. So everone can buy the Item from Italie Spain France
Most of my user want to send there Products only in one Country, this is not possible because the country is not saving.

Hope you can help and finde the bug.

Very weird, it seems to be working fine on the demo:

I'll update VM there, maybe I'll find something.
Are both VM & VMV uptodate on your side ?

Do you check the backend or frontend?

In my case the country displays in frontend but not in backend shipmentrule.
I tried with a clean installation of version 3.5.11

Actually, on my side, the backend form gets none of the parameters set in the front end. Do you get everything except the countries?

Yes i get everything but not the Country. But Country is One of the Most important
