Pre-sales questions

I have a few questions about some of the Nordmograph products that I need answered before purchasing. I sent numerous email inquires via the contact form but have never received a single reply so I thought I would give this a shot (although this makes me very skeptical as to the level of support I'd get after the sale.) Is the support forum the correct place to address pre-sale questions? If I get a reply to this inquiry with instructions on how to make such inquiries then I will present the product questions in that manner. If not I will assume you are not interested in our business and buy other vendor's products. Thanks.
