z-Index problem

z-Index problem was created by gdonnadon
I use Joomla 2.5.11, virtuemart 2.0.20b and use beez5 template and published the url2qr modul at position 4. The problem is that the most of the other modules are not funktion any more or disappear like the chapta fields or the font size changer. When I deaktivate url2qr everithing is ok. Can You help me?

Please provide a URL so I can have a look.

The problem is, i have it on my local computer to test and konfig all, running on mamp pro // php 5.4.10
