I copy en-GB.mod_VendorPoints2paypal.ini into ca-ES folder and rename to ca-ES.mod_VendorPoints2paypal.ini and have a blank page.

Maybe (very probably) the problem comes from the AlphaUserPoints component language file.
ca-ES.com_alphauserpoints.ini

Yes this was the problem, this file not exist in language folder. Now I copy them from en-GB folder and runs ok. Thank you very much !!
