For unknown reason, the module stopped sending me the request was created by shih

It worked yesterday before I got the Paypal Token stored in my BuyPointsWithPaypal, I still got an email from system requesting converting points to money. However, it stopped working today. I shifted to Send Request to site Admin but still didn't work. I need help.

UserPoints2Paypal and Buy points with Paypal are not related at all. So a setting change for one will not affect the other.
