Move plugin to different module position?

Hi. I would like to move the plugin to a custom module position I have created on the Jomsocial profile page (in other words, a module position other than the default Jomsocial profile positions).

The admin panel only has the default positions listed as choices in the dropdown menu for the module position to use. How can I set the module position location to my custom one? Do I have to edit the plugin's xml file?

I'm affraid, as far as I know, that Jomsocial Plugins don't move to Module positions...
