Ok so something is causing it to fail.
I remember this was working before. Any idea on what new featured caused this issue?

See if disabling the google map fixes it.

Disabling the map on the top of the page did not do it.
You're right it WAS working before.
I ran into a huge problem that required that I restore from a backup.
That's the first time I noticed the issue.
I re-read all the topic I had posted her to re-do what I had undone and everything worked except this.
I thought it was a script error as well and went through my process of elimination, but still no joy.

An interesting note.
I have a domain alias do-indy.com on the Domain dineout-indy.com .
If I go to do-indy.com this works.
If I go to dineout-indy.com it does not.
