Hello

It must be set to the cpanel module postion
It will then show on your admin cpanel (admin home)

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

This moduel doesnt show on the front end.

It uses Jomsocial users address fields for each users and turn these into coordinates and finally stores it in the database as lontitude and longitude. So that can users can be loacted easily.

You have to find the module in the admin modules, not the front end modules (modules are set either to admin or site)
Then set cpanel as module position.
