Hello

Your server setting is incompatible with the plugin
In your server php.ini file
allow_url_fopen = 1;

There is a workaround using curl as descibed at
www.nordmograph.com/index.php?option=com...557&Itemid=108#16612
this post concerns another plugin but workaround works exactly the same.
