How can I convert the content plugin for soundcloud to a system plugin for soundcloud!!

No,
Converting as a system plugin will do nothing, it will not work or be usable for anything.
I suggest, you describe what you need to do precisely.
- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

If it is a system plugin it will load on a page with a component,now it is only working on a content page...
