error message is: Plugin version (1.3.2) different from Community Builder version (1.8.1)

ok, then can you:
1. unzip the zip file,
2 . edit in the cbvmorders.xml , the version tag content, changing 1.3.2 to 1.8
3 . rezip and install

It should fix your issue.
