Partial payment

When I make a partial payment appears the following errror message:
Coupon code not found. Please try again.
And I can not complete the partial payment.

I have a similar problem. After CONFIRM PURCHASE in Cart, I get the following error messages:
VMPAYMENT_AUP_PARTIALPAYMENT_EXPLAINED
Payment method AUP
Order Number 698b010
Amount 30,00 €
Order not completed, data is not valid

The user has 10 AUP, and supposedly a coupon had to be created for partial payment. The cart works for PayPal and AUP payments. It doesn't for partial AUP payment method. Virtuemart version is 2.6.6, and AlphaUserPoints version is 1.8.9. Joomla! is 2.5.24.

I'll appreciate what could be the cause for the error messages above.

Have you checked if the coupon is effectively created in VM configuration ?

VMPAYMENT_AUP_PARTIALPAYMENT_EXPLAINED is not an error , but a missing language string. What is your site language ?
Except from the missing string , this text seems to mean the plugin works as expected.

Yes, it worked when I enabled the coupon usage (VirtueMart -> VirtueMart Configuration ->
Configuration -> Shopfront tab -> Core Settings: Enable Coupon Usage).

A message at the top of the page shows:
VMPAYMENT_AUP_PARTIALPAYMENT_EXPLAINED
Payment method AUP
Order Number fd2f019
Amount 49,00 €
Order not completed, data is not valid

Because cart shows the deduction by coupon correctly, I wonder what the last line means and why it had to show up.
