Creat on your joomla root a folder called
"invoices" (without quotes)
This seem to be a new requirements for VM2.0.2 payment methods

Do it, it should fix your last error message.

It says:
CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set

Disable safe_mode and open_basedir in your server php.ini settings

This script is supposed to write in your invoice folder
