I have bad news...
I tested the plugins on two different sites:

pritzita.testsrp.it , that is a brand new site in Italian: no Akeeba Backup, no any other extension. It doesn't work
pritzeng.testsrp.it , that is a brand new site in English: no Italian language file, no Akeeba Backup, no any other extension. It doesn't work

You have a Super User account, for these sites (the same of previous site). Can you test them, starting from the English one? I noticed some issues for the Italian version of AltaPoints, so I think we should concentrate on the English one.

Yes same issue with AltaUserPoints.
Impossible to start the initial user synch wichis required to use the component as it is attributing the refferrer id to users.

PHP Errors must be logged somewhere ...?

Unfortunately the log is visible only from the Web Provider's CPanel, so I can't give you an access to it.
As attachment, you can find the log as it is at the moment.
Please, tell me if you need updates.

This is quite poluted by the missing isis logo issue but there seem to be another issue with

Can the error you highlighted be due to the fact I didn't synchronized the users?
I synchronized them only after a few of operations...
