Now it seems to work fine.
How can I install the script in the site of my customer? Or have you inserted it into the normal plugin?

Please, Adrien. I didn't understand if I can download the new version of the plugins to get the working ones or if I need an extra script and install it separately.

No worry all you need to do is to install AUP as the very first thing, before adding any user. The sync not working, only affects users that registered before AUP installation. And who knows , it might work on your client's server...

- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Well, I got the point, finally.
I'll run some other tests, but if my customer ask me to sync the already registered users I need the script you run on my test site.
Can I have it?

Sure it is
in the component archive at
com_altauserpoints-1.0.X\admin\install\plugins\sysplgaup_newregistered\nosync\nosync.zip
It is a modified version of the sysplgaup_newregistered plugin

So, if I do install on my customer's site this new version of the component instead of the old one, I should have no problem, right?
