Open geoqrcode.xml
replace the line before the last line: <config>
with </config>

Repack and install. Tested.

also not working. same error plus warning: JLIB_INSTALLER_ERROR_NOTFINDJOOMLAXMLSETUPFILE :dry:

Ok, ithad been uploaded to the wrong folder. I doublechecked now it's fine.
