No still no file aatched , make sure you click the INSERT button to add the file where the cursor is in the text area.

Ok so this is the plugin title and this is not editable.
But it can maybe be overriden , can you try this:

add to the plugin language file
PLG_AUPPORFILE_TITLE="The title I wish"

i already edit the file /public_html/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_aupprofile.ini

but it didn't change anything
