Add Phoca Maps Markers Front end module

It allows your members to add markers to a Phoca Maps via a front end module. It's highly customizable and supports email notifications, Jomsocial Activity Stream and Shoutbox announcements and AlphaUserPoints attribution. It supports and requires PhocaMaps component v1.1 or 2.0+ on Joomla 1.5 and 1.6. Note that using the Geommunity Module to display your PhocaMap, your users Phoca Markers submissions will be linked to Submitters positions with colored polylines and will have a link to submitters profiles in info window as a delete button for admins and marker owners (with ability to remove AUP points when a marker is deleted that way).
