This plugin for SobiPro installs via the SobiPro application manager and has to be enabled from the SobiPro Ssection Application tab. You must have created a Facebook application at  http://developers.facebook.com and fill in the plugin parameter with the Facebook AppID and the number of comments per page you want to be displayed.

You'll be able to display wherever you like the Facebook comments  box on your SobiPro entry detail page template.
