To understand, I created a new test product (unpublished), added the name your price plugin to it and could reproduce the issue.
It seems it is laoding an other plugin inside.
I guess this sis because incorrect group settings in your custom fields management. Can you check ?

I had assigned the plug-in in new Custom Group but no luck.
