Now Version is 1.1. from 2013. It's still not working, but not lesser errors:

Hmm is your site multilingual ? What language is used when showing errors ?

Site language is german, but its not multilingual, it's only english.
Language for errors is english because there are no german texts for errors.

Have you translated the plugin in german ?
It seems a language file is broken.

Try this:

Duplicate the englich language file located in
administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_community_jvarcade.ini
rename it and cut/past it to
administrator/language/de-DE/de-DE.plg_community_jvarcade.ini
