I just tried again on the test platform and it inserts, first , last and full name correctly to the DB.
Can you enable the module debug and check in the showing INSERT queries if you have these:
first, last and name

INSERT INTO #__social_fields_data (field_id , uid , type ,datakey, data , params , raw) VALUES ('2','6464','user','first','Searlas','','Searlas')

INSERT INTO #__social_fields_data (field_id , uid , type ,datakey, data , params , raw) VALUES ('2','6464','user','last','Bellefeuille','','Bellefeuille')

INSERT INTO #__social_fields_data (field_id , uid , type ,datakey, data , params , raw) VALUES ('2','6464','user','name','Searlas Bellefeuille','','Searlas Bellefeuille')

from the 6th query ?

It looks to me that your name field ID is wrong
