Can the language of the map be changed?

Hello,

I want to show the map and the route instructions in spanish.

I've tried modifying administrator/components/com_geommunity3es/config.xml

Adding this field (nice copy/paste <field name="mylanguage" type="languages" client="site" default="en-GB" label="Select a language" description="" />

and changing en-GB to es-ES in joomla backend but nothing seems to change.

I would like to thank you for this component. It works very well. I'm pretty sure that you may have covered this topic, i couldn't find any thread.

Hello, I've noticed the map's language is dependent of the visitors browser's language.


Is there a way to always force a specific language?

Hi

The original language files are in
language/en-GB/en-GB.com_geommunity3es.ini
and
language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_geommunity3es.ini

Copy these to
language/es-ES/

rename these as
language/es-ES/es-ES.com_geommunity3es.ini
and
language/es-ES/es-ES.mod_geommunity3es.ini

and start translating these
