In the map the Letter Gravatar from plugin for EasySocial are displayed too large. How to change the size of the display?

Hello,

Geommunity is loading, on map, the "small" version of the ES avatar.

As for now the letter gravatar should be creating small ES avatar with 32x32 dimension.
Are yours using different values ?
Maybe I should set it as an option in the plugin settings ?

It would be great to have the option 16/16 dimension ES avatar for showing in the Geommunity3 Map.
