When clicking on the cluster the windows do not appear, but clicking on/off the filter list they will then open.

Looks strange , I'd need to see it live. Can you point me to the url and the cluster approx location?

I just visited the page, but clicking the cluster worked as expected on the first shot. Is it with a specific browser? Or can you describe the steps to reproduce, I tried to stick to your video already.
