Hi, how to hide the Route button on the popup ? how to hide other button too ? (add frend, follow ..)

Hello Jan,

You need to edit the infowindow view
in
components/com_geommunity3es/views/XXXXinfowindow/tmpl/default.php

where XXXX is the feature (user, event etc...)

Best practice in Joomla is to use a template override of these views so Geommunity future updates don't override your edits.
