how to set up map position as per user location

how to set up map position as per user location was created by omnison
Currently, we have to set up Default Latitude and Default longitude, is it possible to set up position as per visitor location. ~for example, if visiot from UAE, it will show uae map in google map; if visitor in France, the google map will show france map.
