All Events don't display

A new event (non repetitive) with a complete adress... 255/255 and not working on the map

Then the issue is with Jomsocial Geocoder. Are you on a shared OVH host ?
I have had the same issue on such host.
255 is the default value, it's like null.

These servers are not good at Geolocation with Jomsocial. I never found ou why.
It also happened on users geolocation.
I had to move some sites from OVH to planethoster wich is more expensive but far better (not only for Geolocation, but also page performances etc...)

I would recommend, you report this to Jomsocial team and provide access to your backend so they can see and eventually fix this.
