Geommunity3 corrupts the order of modules

Page Cach system plugin had to be disabled too.
I don't know what's wrong on your template or htaccess, but
test.wosh.org/?tp=1
doesn't show the template module positions.

I tested the original protostar template on your site and Geommunity did not break anything.
I suspect a problem related to your Rockettheme template. I'll investigate more and let you know.

Sorry for the delay!
I do not know the exact status of my problem. I disabled all cache (jotcache) and optimazation plugins (JCH_Optimize).
Do you have anything new about the rockettheme plugin?

I can't see the module anymore on your page.
Also you might want to check, Your page shows errors and strict standard notices .
