[fixed] Cluster not functioning

So I found CB 2 ( I was misdirected on Joomapolis last time)
Anyway I cant use it because I have other functionality dependent on cb 1.9.1
But I did try cb2 w new geo3 + Plug ins, but it still didnt work.

So I reloaded with the all original geo3 files and cb1.9.1, by reverting to last nights back up.
Then did what you said in:
modules/mod_geommunity3cb/mod_geommunity3cb.php
components/com_geommunity3cb/views/userinfowindow/tmpl/default.php

Still does not break out of cluster,

And still get this error:
TypeError: jQuery(...).tooltip is not a function

jQuery('.hasTooltip').tooltip({"html": true,"container": "body"});

The ttoltip error is not related to Geommunity, the live one was.
Email me map url and backend access and I'll have alook at it.

I visited your backend, but could not reinsattlll the component.
No rights.

Download the latest Geommunity3CB component , reinstall.
If still no luck, issue could come from your jquery menu. Disable it to test and let me know the results.

So I restored the site after breaking it, reistalled, ect.
then I disabled jquery, That cleared up that error, But still no cluster break-out.

No errors, and everything else works, but just this darn cluster wont pop out.
where do we go from here? Thanks Nord

Yes I still had it opened in a tab.
So to summerize.
You set the cluster library to 'Custom'
Please set the Custering to 'Optional'
Make sure your maximum zoom value is set to 20
Then try again , and try also after disabling/reenebling clustering from the map option
