On mobile devices are not required to provide their own position and therefore the map is not loaded

Mobile devices should be required to share their position too check the device settings for locations.
What OS is it ?

I'll make the map to load also if location is not shared.

your answer does not solve anything ,
not a problem of the phone, I have to know how to set the settings of the map because it is loaded even on mobile devices
