...despite I did the according google routines, added API Key etc. synthesis.agency/index.php?option=com_co...0&Itemid=217&lang=en

Hey Felix,
There are significant javascript error on your pages that seem to break the rest of the js/jquery content. Ope your browser console on your page (even the home page). and try to fix or get rid off the problematic script.
