Hi I got an attachment when I paid, but did not get a follow up email with updated instructions on how to run the script.

Nope, the script should run at installation, and anytime you reinstall it.
And if you use our autfriend plugin in friend party mode, you would only need the additional script once.

Please double check and provide me backend access it it did not make it.
