Hi I reinstalled the plugin on your site.
It's only working if you set it as 'maincontent' position as for an unknown reason no plugins show on your sidebar psotion.
I would recommend to update too Jomsocial 4.
You'll find the plugin at the bottom of your own profile and a click on the number or link would open:
