Issue with Responsivizer

The top part (Profile Visits) of the extension is showing an error in mobile version. We use Responsivizer.
The bottom section (latest Profile Visitors) is OK.

The top end error shows (b.split is not a function. (In b.split("."), 'b.split' in undefined)

Hello Can you post the url of a profile.
We do not use that code in the extension so it seems to be either an error from opther extension, or eventiualy a conflict between 2 .

This bug is only present on mobile devices.
We use a mobile extension 'responsivizer'
We can give you access to our joomla FTP/Backend if required.

Does the error still show if you disable responsivizer?
Doesn't the error still show if you disable our extension?
With as few info, I currently doubt the issue is caused by our extesnion. Let me know.

The error disappeared when we disabled responsivizer and the extension showed the missing top section. 30 days visits etc.

Yes the bug must be from responsivizer. How can we solve this issue? do we need to contact responsivizer supplier? or can you help?
