I am having the same issue as a user in the forum. Can you please send me the plugin edits to get it working?

Hello,

Use this system plugin in coordination with the ES app

This message contains confidential information

When this system plugin is enabled it will be responsible for loggind visitors visits.
So you'll have to disable the option in the ES app.
