No, it is not possible to use this in any custom position unless you edit the code if you know what you're doing.
No, it doesn't send email notifications when someone is visiting your profile, with or without cron.

If you need these customization you can email us for a quote, but for a cron job to send visits summary it would require the app to get a dedicated new component.
